Can I create a construction estimate from a site visit?
Yes. Inoscope is designed around the site visit workflow. Walk the job, take photos and record a voice note explaining the scope. Inoscope reads everything you captured and drafts the scope, quantities and priced line items for your estimator to review and approve. You do not need to re-enter anything back at the office.
What should I capture on site?
Take photos of all affected areas, damaged surfaces and conditions you need to price. Record a voice note describing the scope, any special requirements and your assumptions. Add a floor plan if you have one for measurements. The more context you capture, the more complete the draft Inoscope produces.
Can I send the quote from site?
You can start the estimate on site, but the draft goes through review and approval before it is sent. Once you have uploaded your photos and voice notes, Inoscope drafts the scope and line items. Your estimator or QS then reviews, adjusts anything that needs changing, and approves. Only after that approval does the quote go out.
Does it work on my phone?

Does Inoscope use my own rates for the draft?
