INOSCOPE ACCOUNT DELETION

You can permanently delete your Inoscope account from inside the app. If you cannot access your account, contact us and we can help process a deletion request after verifying your identity.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

To delete your account from the Inoscope app, sign in at app.inoscope.com and go to:

Settings → Security → Delete Account

The app will ask you to confirm before deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2. What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, Inoscope deletes your authentication account and personal account data associated with your account.

This may include account profile information and app data linked to your account, subject to the retention exceptions described below.

3. Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including records needed for tax, accounting, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.

We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify you.

4. If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in or cannot access the in-app deletion option, email us from the email address associated with your Inoscope account and request account deletion.
